Unpaid Invoices that we generate in Quickbooks can have a direct link to an IPN payment via Bank or Credit Card. If there is not a link in your Invoice and you would like there to be to use this payment method, please reply to the email of your invoice and request this.
Here's how paying our invoice online works
- Step 1: When you receive the invoice, hit View & Pay Invoice. This will take you to Intuit/QuickBooks’ secure online payment portal.
- Step 2: Once there, hit Pay now.
- Step 3: Finally, add your credit card or bank account details. (may be limitations one which you can pay with, speak to your sales person on this if you have questions)
We can also send you a PAYMENT LINK for a pre-order, deposit or larger order that may be released in stages. Inquire with your sales person for this sort of payment.
