If you are not receiving a discount when checking out online....

Give these steps a try to see if it fixes this issue. Sometimes the app we use for dealer discounts can be a little finicky and one of these steps usually fixes the issue. If you don't have any success let me know and I'll get you taken care of. 
 
  1. Sign out and sign back in and refresh your browser.   You must ALWAYS sign in to your account before adding any items to your cart.
  2. Always go into the actual checkout as for some reason the 3rd party payment providers are not supported (SHOP, PAYPAL, etc).  Sometimes it works but we only advise using a credit card through the cart for payment and if you process your order with a 3rd party payment provider you may not get correct discounts. 
  3. If you are trying to checkout using Shop Pay I would recommend hitting the small "checkout as guest" link to get out of the express checkout and back into the normal checkout page. I have observed some issues with Shop Pay express checkout not carrying the correct pricing over.


Wholesale Customer Order Procedure.


  • You must have an ACCOUNT on the website, this is required.  When you setup a wholesale account you will be asked to create an account and this account will get "TAGGED" with your discount level.
  • if you are in New York State, you will also be required to provide a current ST-120 Tax Form, signed.  This will be kept on file.  If we need a new one in the future, you will need to provide it again.  We will not drop ship in NY State for you unless you would like us to collect the sales tax for you.
  • Every time you place an order on the website, you must log into this same account to receive your discount.  Using a different email or checking out as a guest you will not receive a discount and we will not adjust the pricing later by request.  The time involved to do this would negate the reason you are receiving a discount already, please do not get upset with us if this occurs.
  • We request that you use a credit card when you place your order on the site.  In the past some of you used "Quickbooks" payments or "Wire Transfer" as this method does not require you to pay at the time of order and we previously would adjust pricing later, we are no longer doing this.  Unless you have been given specific instruction to use one of those payment methods after May 1st, 2024, please always use a credit card or you increase the chance your order will take longer to process or be put in the back of the processing que.
  • If you feel you should be getting a discount on an item and the cart is not showing it, call us to verify if during business hours or you can make a NOTE in the comments box at checkout requesting we look at the discount.  Please be specific in your comment and we will do our best.
  • Unless otherwise specified, all wholesale orders will SHIP PARTIAL.  We will contact you with back order information and time frames as soon as we can.  We are reliant on vendors and staff to track these down and this takes time.  We could delay your order and ship complete, but please do not assume time frames or that we can read your mind on what to do without instruction from you.
